Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Dice Kayek offers standard shipping on all orders worldwide.

DHL Standard Delivery:
Europe: 2-3 days
USA: 3-5 days
Rest of the World: 3-5 days

Orders will be dispatched the next business day. All goods are dispatched during
business hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

You will receive an email containing your DHL Tracking Number once your package has
been shipped. You can also track your order via the My Account section in My Orders.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For shipments outside of the EU: Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive
of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your
destination country.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 15 business days to return your item and request a refund or exchange. After
this delay, we, unfortunately, cannot attend to these requests.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, altered or washed, and
in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging fully
intact and with the original labels and security tag still attached to each product.

All sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To return or exchange your product, please contact our customer service via e-mail at
shop@sassiofficial.com. Please indicate in your e-mail the order number found on your
order confirmation or dispatch confirmation emails.

We are unable to cover customs duties or sales tax for any return shipments outside of
the EU. Custom duties or sales tax of returns will be deducted from your refund.

Our customer service can support you in English, French, and Turkish.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that
we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund. Once cleared you will receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on
the cost at the purchase price (excluding Express shipping cost and the RETURN
custom duties or sales tax if there were any), directly to the credit card or PayPal
account used for purchase. We try our best to process refunds as soon as they are
received but please allow at least 10 working days upon reception of your package. You
will receive an email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

How can I place an order?

From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product.

  1. Add the product to your Shopping Bag.
  2. Once you have finished shopping, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in your Shopping Bag.
  3. Enter your email and your shipping address.
  4. Select a shipping method and a payment method.
  5. Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details.
  6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click “Buy”.

If you are paying with a credit card, before completing your purchase you may be asked for a secondary authentication in order for your payment to be authorized. In this case, you will need to insert a one-time password, an SMS code, or another authentication method, in accordance with the established procedures of the credit card provider.

After a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on Dice Kayek will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email.

Can I shop on my mobile device?

Yes! You can navigate the mobile-optimized version of our website.

Why can’t I complete my order?

Please check that you have correctly entered the data for your selected method of payment. If you are paying with a credit card and you are asked to insert a one-time password, an SMS code, or an alternative authentication method in order to authorize the payment, please ensure that you have followed all of the instructions provided by your credit card issuer.

If the problem persists, we suggest contacting your credit card issuer and in the meanwhile to use an alternative payment method.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders placed before 10 AM (CEST) will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 10 AM (CEST) will be dispatched the next day. All goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If any of the items you have ordered are unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock pieces and your payment for the items will be refunded. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact shop@sassiofficial.com

Do you accept bank transfer payments?

Please note that we do not accept bank transfers.

When will my credit card be charged?

As soon as you complete your order, authorization for the necessary payment will be requested automatically to verify the validity of the credit card and availability of funds; however, the card is not charged at this time. The actual payment occurs when the order is dispatched, at which point you will receive a notification email.

In September 2019, Dice Kayek launched its first flagship boutique in Saint-
Germain-des-Prés, Paris.

The new space showcases a full range of Sassiofficial ready-to-wear, exclusive couture
pieces, shoes, as well as covetable accessories. Designed by Belgian architect Bernard
Dubois, the boutique is highlighted by striking tones of green and pink marble, brass
fittings, and plush carpets. The focal point of the retail experience is a VIP boudoir for
clients seeking an extra service and time to discover the collections with our style
advisors.
